Program name: Agentplicity AI Receptionist SMS
- Program description. Agentplicity provides AI receptionist services to small service businesses (plumbers, HVAC contractors, dental offices, salons, auto shops, and similar). When you contact a business that uses Agentplicity — by calling their published phone number, texting them, or providing your number during a service interaction — you may receive SMS messages tied to that interaction. These messages include: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your own inbound texts, follow-ups about missed calls, no-show outreach, occasional seasonal service-care reminders if you are an existing customer of that business, and post-service review requests.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that business through us. If you want to join again, just opt in again the same way you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive transactional messages tied to a service relationship you have initiated with the business — typically a small number of messages per appointment or interaction (usually 1–5 messages per event). Message frequency varies based on your engagement with the business. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Supported carriers
Messaging is supported on the major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Sprint, as well as smaller carriers that participate in carrier-of-record interconnect agreements. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in to this messaging program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the SMS service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
